We are looking for software developers for agile development work where you will be part of a newly started team or strengthen an existing team. You will work closely with the business in short feedback loops and take responsibility throughout the chain – from early requirements gathering and analysis to implementation, testing, and deployment. The assignment is characterized by collaboration, significant personal responsibility, and a clear focus on quality, automation, and stable operations.

You will work according to established models and methods and contribute with documentation and knowledge transfer to relevant personnel.

• Develop and enhance systems and services with a focus on Java development (Java Spring).
• Work with CI/CD and container management, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage the lifecycle of existing services and drive continuous improvements for increased quality and efficiency.
• Develop solution proposals and design sketches together with the team.
• Ensure that solutions meet requirements for operability, performance, maintainability, and information and IT security.
• Work test-driven and behavior-driven (TDD/BDD).
• Work with APIs and microservices, including WSO2 (API Manager).
• Contribute to certain parts of frontend development where Vue 3 is used.
• Document and conduct knowledge transfer.

• Experience in software development with a focus on Java (Spring/Spring Boot).
• Experience with CI/CD and container management with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work in an agile, iterative manner (SAFe is used as a framework and inspiration).
• Good ability to collaborate, work independently, and be proactive.
• Fluent in Swedish.

• Experience with Spring Security.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience with WSO2 (API Manager).
• Experience with Vue 3.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with tools such as GitLab, Maven, Camunda, Swagger, Insomnia, Cypress, Xray, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
• Knowledge of accessibility requirements according to WCAG 2.1.
